1. Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing or purchasing from D-Dukaan ("the Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and merchants. D-Dukaan reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Nature & Medical Disclaimer

  • Nutraceutical Status: All products sold on D-Dukaan are classified as Nutraceuticals / Health & OTC products or Food Supplements. They are not pharmaceutical drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • No Professional Advice: Information provided on the website is for educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice. Users are encouraged to consult a healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen.
  • DRAP Compliance: D-Dukaan ensures that all product descriptions align with the approved product labeling and regulatory requirements of the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP). In case of any discrepancy, the physical product label shall take precedence.

3. Order Placement & Price Finality

  • Right of Refusal: D-Dukaan reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • Pricing: All prices are inclusive of applicable provincial and federal taxes (GST/SRB/PRA) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations or currency devaluations.
  • Order Confirmation: A "Confirmation Call" or "WhatsApp Verification" may be required for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Failure to respond to verification within 24 hours may result in automatic order cancellation.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Logistics Partners: Deliveries are handled by third-party courier services (e.g., Leopards, TCS, Trax).
  • Timeline: Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days for major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad) and 5–7 working days for other regions subject to courier service coverage. D-Dukaan is not liable for delays caused by strikes, road blocks, or "Force Majeure" events.
  • Open Parcel Policy: For security and hygiene reasons, D-Dukaan does not allow "Open Parcel" deliveries.Customers must pay the courier before opening the sealed packaging. Any issues must be reported to our customer support afterward.

5. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

  • Hygiene & Safety: Due to the nature of nutraceutical products, we do not accept returns on items where the seal is broken or the packaging is tampered with.
  • Damaged/Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with photographic/video evidence of the unopened parcel.
  • No Cash Refunds: In alignment with standard e-commerce practices in Pakistan, D-Dukaan does not offer cash refunds. Valid returns will be compensated via Store Credit or a Replacement Product of equal value.

6. Payment & Financial Indemnity

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): The maximum limit for COD orders is determined at D-Dukaan’s discretion. High-value orders may require a partial advance payment.
  • Digital Payments: All online transactions are processed via third-party secure gateways. D-Dukaan is indemnified against any technical failure, unauthorized card usage, or bank-side errors.

7. User Conduct & Anti-Litigation Clause

  • Platform Integrity: Users are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful purpose or to harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • Social Media Defamation: By agreeing to these terms, the User agrees to exhaust all internal customer support channels for grievance redressal before posting public defamatory content. D-Dukaan reserves the right to take legal action under PECA 2016 for any false or malicious online campaigns against the brand.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under applicable Consumer Protection Laws of Pakistan, D-Dukaan’s total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product concerned. D-Dukaan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or service interruptions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings shall be initiated exclusively in the courts of Islamabad.
